The location here is cozy, with easy access to nearby restaurants. we were just a stone's throw away from the market, night market, and beach bars.

The garden and pool area are well kept, and the flowers and trees are very nice.

Noise level near our room was a be more than I would like. Ants on the head board and were in our bed.. Make a place complaint box, don't ask us to do more for you as what you can do for me..

The staff were very helpful and friendly

Some areas in the room has clear termite infestations (bathroom in particular) needed fixing. Bathroom although mostly nice, needed some further work. Also was not advised that cost of transfer from airport was not included in price. Information read that transfer to and from airport could be arranged of which I did . I was then asked to pay at the end of the trip. Needs to made clear that transfers are not included in the room cost.

The hotel is good located and the beach within 3minutes walking distance. The staff is very friendly and they really take care of you. Everything you need or every trip you want to book, the front desk can take care of it!

Unfortunately, the restaurant only opens for breakfast and lunch. Since you anyway don't want to spend your dinner in the hotel but at the beach, this is not an issue.

Very good american breakfast, esp the coffee and omelett. Nice, very helpfull staff, serviceminded, taking good care of you. The hotel is small, only about 27 cottages surrounding a small pool in a very nice garden. Only five minutes to the beach.

The rooms where rather shabby. No clothes hanger in the wardrobe. The safetybox was a bit loose from the wall. You did not get batteries to the safteybox, so that you could use a code, instead they gave you the key. The grating in the roof to the AC was not screw fasten to the roof. The security chain in the front door where broken and didn´t work. As a woman staying alone in the room, it made me feel insecure. All small things that togheter, as not taking care of, make me hesitate to stay there another time. That the aircondition didn´t work (it worked like fan) definitely make me not stay there anymore or to reccomend it.

It was a great time in Bang Tao Beach. I thoroughly enjoyed this nice little and absolutely charming place. - the location was marvelous and lovely, a short walk to restaurants and eateries. - the staff was very kind and nice, just as I expected.
